Hi every one today I started with 1/4 cup scramble egg whites and some cantaloupe,then lunch bake chicken, brown rice 1/2cup and bussell sprouts. No salt,no flour.no sugar,no diary.Whole wheat bread 1 slice twice a week next week no bread at all. I pray for FAVOUR in doing this so I have found I who loved salt have had no problem with the taste.I use onion, garlic powdwer italian seasoning which is kinda spicy and Mrs.Dash. I use a canola spray for my pan to scramble my eggs.
